"Stand Up 4 Afrika is a grass roots movement for concerned individuals from around the world to show their support in the uplifting of Afrika. It's a way for lovers of the Motherland to express that they support greater medical assistance, screening and treatment for STD's including HIV & Aids, nutritious food, clean drinking water, safety for women and children and anything to improve the quality of life for citizens in need throughout the continent. If ,like us,you believe in a better tomorrow for Afrika please join Miss-K in her mission and participate by snapping a picture of yourself standing up for Afrika."

Miss-k is Inspired... 


She reports:
"So excited, i feel so empowered ,so Inspired,and feeling so positive about what i am building up..Now i am sure that i'm on the right path..Cause with ya'all i know the the sky is Not even my limit,you are part of my motivation and surely will be part of my success.....In life i've come to realize that it all happens in God's time,you can't depend upon other people for what you want, and you can't be scared to go out there and get it. You have to dream hard, wish big, and chase after your goals, because no one else is going to do it for you. And even if things don't work out, you'll always be able to say you've tried.(but don't go into it thinking ahead that it wont work , just keep thinking positively about it and it will surely happen)   

I believe that we are who we choose to be. Nobody's going to come and save you, you've got to save yourself. Nobody's going to give you anything. You've got to go out, and fight for it. Nobody knows what you want except for you, and nobody will be as sorry as you if you don't get it. So don't give up on your dreams, stand up, and make them happen. Don't be peoples down-time, spare-time, part-time, or sometime. If they can't be there for you all of the time, then they're not even worth your time. Don't be afraid of change because it is inevitable, embrace it, and allow it to take you to new heights. You will know you made the right decision when you pick the hardest, and most painful choice but your heart is at peace. ♥. 


Matter of fact i remember once,one of my producers called me a EAGLE, i asked him why he would call me such ? And to my great surprise he replied :
"Miss-k,you inspire me, you are such a go getter, you fly high,see what you want and go get it..Norman.J.Sealy"..

That says it all .......

 To celebrate her last day in Paris Miss-k decided to take a tour at the Natural History Museum and she embrace the day even more ,as the weather was as hot as AfriKa...and surely got her in the right mood to have a playful day...check out the pics...

Yesterday Miss-k was in Disneyland Paris and had the most of fun ...She came across the Disney Cast like Dingo the Dog, Mikey and Minnie....
