MISS-K SLIPS OFF HER WORK-OUT SESSION....SHHHHH

Miss-k is back at working out.. This time she got herself a Personal trainer from Equilibrium Fitness and loved it....

However despite the riots happening all over London,she still made some time for business, and was invited out for dinner @ Pizza express for this business meeting.


She reports:



"Working out again is great,Yes sure, Big is beautiful but being healthy is equally has important, and it reminded me how cool & fun it can be, and having a personal trainer allows me to focus even more, yet i adored the massage i got right after my work out session ,"Crystal massage" to be precise...However i won't lie, i just couldn't help to be a bad bad girl during my business meeting and have a bite at some fresh Italian Pizza. Hoops,OMG,if only my personal trainer new that he would ask me for 50 set-ups..Oh well, more work out tomorrow"

MISS-K ATTENDS AFWL DAY 2 (THE AFRICAN FASHION WEEK)

Miss-k had the greatest time @ Day 2 of the AFWL Fashion show.

Miss-k surely made an impression by wearing a dress beautifully designed by herself, it was the talk of the night..and photographed by the whole world press & other designers equally loved it too.

 

After the show, Miss-K rushed to a private after-party which was hosted in the honor of Senator Herself.

She reports: "Woooaaa what an evening, the show was Excellent, thanks to Ronke and her Brother,who Organized the show. But the after-party was even better...I had so much fun, we danced we laughed and eat some great food, and the senator herself fell in love with my shoes, so much so, that i had to offer her to trade for a minute...in the end, we both looked equally as sexy in them".

She was surely amazed by the beautiful African decoration surrounding the whole place... before getting a warm welcome by the legendary , Lady Carol who hosted the Evening, as usual with such a wonderful Singing cast on stage.

" To see Lady Carol, after so many years was the hi-light of my evening before all, She is true survivor and i wish her a quick recovery..she like a mother to me..Love her to bit..and got to find an hold pic of us few years back check it out..====>


But beside that ,i truly loved the deco of the place, it was like if i was in South Africa,and the vibe was so positive, without forgetting the amazing voices of all the various Performers, including Monni who blow me away..and off course couldn't leave without  the Dj's CD.Can't wait to come back next year."

MISS-K ENJOYS A NIGHT STAY @ THE MANDARIN HOTEL

Miss-k went out for a SPA treatment at the Mandarin Hotel and enjoyed a super dinner at the BAR BOULUD situated at the lower ground floor of the Hotel, and decided to push her treat further by staying a night at the beautiful Mandarin..

she reports:"well it was a hot day today so going to the SPA to treat myself,was formidable and so relaxing but finishing up with a touch of Boulud's cuisine, was just exquisite,thumbs up to the French..And by the time i reached my room they gave me a weather card, indicating tomorrow's weather. lets hope it's gonna be as Hot as they predicted."

MISS-K HAS A TASTE @ THE GOOD LIFE...!!!!

Hey lil' Gremlins...Do you love the good things in life ??


Well so does Miss-k..She was at the Food and Drink Festival yesterday..it was a fun day out and she surely enjoyed it..tasting a little bit of everything ,with various food from around the world to the delicious drinks....

She got  her hands on some delicious  Caramelized Brazilian pork and sure enjoyed it by adding some delicious chili sauce from CHAN CHAM ltd (www.chancham.com) who were nice enough to offer her a couple of bottles from a favourite flavour:"scotch bonnet and black pepper"...

But yet she couldn't go home without resisting the ice cream stall and couldn't help herself to be play silly..by licking the  biggest ice-cream in display...
yet her last stop was the bar when she relax and enjoyed some delicious Pommery champagne.

Miss -k was at the BARBICAN CENTER last night to watch OUMOU SANGARE live in Concert..During which Ms.Sangare has been awarded a beautiful GRAMMY AWARD on stage.


As soon as Miss-k arrived at the show,she was interviewed by WINKBALL MEDIA, to speak about the songbird "OUMOU KONO"..Miss-k went there with some friends and had a ball, and ended up Back stage with the Diva Herself, and had a great laugh with the whole crew, so much so, that the meet & great lasted close to an hour alone...

she reports :"Wooa ooohhh woooaaaaa, what an Honor to be catching up with my African sister, a great ICON, a Legendary Songbird, originated from Mali...she was fire on stage, having the privilege to be seating on the third row,made the show even more enjoyable...the musicians had so much talent and energy..something so real...the whole audience was screaming & dancing of joy..But the best moment for me,was when she's been given  her Grammy Award on stage...Something she deserved for all the decades of hard work she achieved..around the world.Singing from her heart..I'm looking forward to seeing her again very soon..."
