MISS-K ATTENDS NIGERIAN CENTENARY AWARD !

Over the weekend Miss-K attended the Nigerian Centenary Award as one of their VIP guest and was accompanied by friend ,Chief Julie Coker, veteran Media mogul.
Before being seated at the honorary table, they mingled with friends and dignitaries all evening and also took the opportunity to catch up with the award winners. Here is some of the highlights.

Last night Miss-K attended the Nigerian Centenary Award with Nigerian veteran TV Anchor, Actress and Former Miss West Africa, Julie Coker, (who just arrived in London for her up-coming premiere of "The Broken Bride" Nollywood movie taking place next week), which she calls her African Mama.On their way back , the pair end-up snapping a collection of "selfie" in the car .

Miss-K is in shocked over some recent news that emerged over the singer Kefee's passing.
She tweeted : "Just heard the saddest news about Kefee passing on this morning..Yes, The pregnant singer and her baby didn’t make it…this is so sad..Rest In Paradise my sister..will never forget the way you brought me joy with your Kokoroko hit.. but you truly you had me at hello with your smile and warm personality...My condolences to her manager(my sister @Adeline) including her family and her hubby, @teddy 'Don momoh'."

Just like so many others Miss-K heard the sad news of the passing of the Emir of Kano,in Nigeria, and Miss-K had to pay her respect.

She posted this photo to her social media : "Sadden to have heard last weekend of the passing of his Excellency The Emir of Kano, Alhaji Ado Bayero. He was the epitome of Kindness and peace. What a loss. I'll never forget the first time i visited the royal grounds of Kano.May his soul rest in Paradise.My thoughts are with the royal Family of Kano.."

MISS-K JOINS THE GLOBAL FIGHT FOR THE #CHIBOK GIRL!

Miss-k has joined the global fight, advocating for the release of the Chibok Girls.
In an Open declaration, Miss-K posted a photo of herself with school kids taken during her recent trip to Nigeria,speaking passionately on why the girls must be release immediately,

Stating :"Each time i go to Nigeria , Kids are always a big part of my trips.
They are bright, so incredibly loving,so inspiring,so full of life,and always so eager to learn that i can not bare to watch this go on without STANDING-UP and saying NO to ABDUCTION.

She further commended the First Lady of America Michele Obama, for supporting the return of the girls, stating: "I am proud of Michele Obama for backing the girls, all women must rise to spare a moment and pray for girls to come back alive; If Michele can STAND-UP  for the girls, so every women should do the same too ! For the past few days Miss-K has not been feeling too well.....Indeed since her birthday she has been sick with sore throat and flu but still trying her best to recover.
